Twitter Search
While reading the posts of my peers, one mentioned that they prefer to use Twitter to search for information about certain topics. Also, Twitter search was mentioned in Richardson’s book as a way for teachers to help their students locate information. In my efforts to find out more about Twitter search, I stumbled across this video. It helped me to understand what Twitter search is and how to use it to look for information. This is pretty cool!
Hello Diigo
Well, after several frustrating attempts at loading Diigolet to my toolbar, I was finally able to figure it out. I'd like to say thank to my buddy Renee! She helped me to not go "all Office Space" on my computer.
Anyway, Diigo is such a helpful tool to use for research and gather ideas for future use. I can see this as an even better tool than the RRS feeds. Once I figured it out, I was able to tag several website for this class and for school. I can see Diigo being an essential tool for the research class I have next semester.
